SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

- Shipping for Custom Orders may have a longer processing time for supplies to come in, and the time to create your special piece. 

- Shipping takes up to approximately 4 - 6 days. (Options for quicker shipping are available).

- Once your order has been shipped out, it is no longer in my hands and I cannot control delays in part of the carrier.

- If there are complications and your order is lost in the mail, I am unable to complete a full refund, a partial refund will be admitted.

- If the customer requires returning an item or good, it is their responsibility to pay for the returning shipping fees. (A partial refund will be admitted).

Return & Exchange
Policy

- As stated above, the customer returning their item or good, is      responsible for the payment of the return shipping fees.

- Reason for returning product should be communicated to shop  owner.

- Exchanges are NOT accepted unless reasonable circumstances    fit.
- Failure to read or understand shop policies before purchase  
DOES NOT fall onto the owners responsibility.

If product is returned and properly packaged with all included  items, you will be refunded. 

- If you Cancel an order (up to 3 days) after placing your order,  you will be refunded. 

Shop Info Policy

- This website and store is run by one individual, response times may be delayed at most of 2 days. (Depending on number of current orders).

- Please DO NOT blackmail, harass, or spread hate under this shop or any of the products sold under ArtWithKT. (It is unacceptable and will be dealt with accordingly).

- Custom (Hand-made, made-to-order) items will have a longer processing time.
